
About Faisal Quereshy
Dr. Faisal Quereshy, MD, DDS, MBA, FACS is a board-certified Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon (ABOMS) and Facial Cosmetic Surgeon (ABCS, ABFCS), also certified by the National Board of Dental Anesthesiology. A native of Toronto, he earned his DDS from SUNY School of Dental Medicine in 1994, completed an OMS residency, and received his MD from Case Western Reserve University in 1997. He further honed his expertise through a CODA-accredited facial cosmetic surgery fellowship, completed in 2000.
Faisal Quereshy serves as a Full Professor with Tenure at Case School of Dental Medicine and was Residency Program Director at University Hospitals Cleveland Medical Center from 2002 to 2025. He has held leadership roles including President of ABFCS (2023–2024), ACOMS (2024–2025), Medina Dental Society (2024–2025), and ABOMS Examiner (2010–2017). He has also contributed as Section Chair for ABOMS (2014–2016) and Secretary of ABCS (2010–2013).
Actively engaged in professional organizations, Faisal Quereshy is a delegate for Ohio at AAOMS, Secretary of the District IV Caucus, and participates in the House of Delegates for ODA. He currently chairs the AAOMS Committee of Education and Training (2024–2025), serves on the Special Committee in Facial Cosmetic Surgery (2022–present), and the Clinical Interest Group in Facial Cosmetic Surgery (2011–present). Additionally, he is a member of the editorial board for the Journal of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery.
Internationally recognized, Faisal Quereshy lectures worldwide, publishes extensively, and practices full-scope oral and maxillofacial surgery at The Visage Surgical Institute and V-Spa in Medina, Ohio, alongside his wife, Dr. Najia Usman. Outside of medicine, they are proud parents of four children and enthusiastic supporters of Cleveland sports.
